Peace Divine 1! I’m Sol, and I’m so happy you’re here! As a Reiki teacher, sound healer, and guide for self-discovery and authentic embodiment, I’m passionate about creating spaces for healing and creative expression. I’m also the founder of FlowState, a startup platform, 1. and a proud mama of two incredible light beings.

Throughout my journey, I’ve faced attachment issues, depression, and anxiety, often feeling like I didn’t belong. However, a spiritual awakening at 21 changed everything. I began to think for myself and discovered my purpose: to create a peaceful world and empower others to embrace their innate creative power by being their authentic selves.

I discovered Reiki at 23, leading me to renewal and balance, reminding me that powerful energy flows through all of existence. My experiences have taught me that transformation is possible when we step into our true selves, though my path hasn’t always been easy. I continue to confront challenges and integrate my shadows, but the self-awareness and tools I’ve gained have been invaluable.
